Capítulo 9: Cultivation (part 1)
"That does sound like attaining a state of Nirvana, but you don't look like you have depression. For the last 4 years, you were always smiling. To tell you the truth, the only time I've seen you cry was today and when you woke up from the coma 4 years ago."
"Oh yeah, I remember that I was silently missing my phone... and ice cream... and looking at K-pop idols with flawless skin and secretly being jealous... YEAH!!! Fun times!!! Anyways, moving on, I've been faking all that. I've had depression all these years. Faking my happiness is a habit that I can't seem to shake..." she says, mumbling the last part.
"Oh," he says. While they were talking, they were walking out of the underground chamber. Now, they were outside. "That seems... lonely." Suddenly, her Uncle starts to cry.
'What on Earth?!?! Is he actually CRYING for me?'
"Do-don't m-mind th-the t-te-tears." He cried while gasping for breath.
'Why on Earth is he crying so hard? Even a girl on her monthly doesn't cry that much.'
"Uncle, why are you suddenly crying? OMG!!! Don't tell me you're a sadist?!?! You're crying because you won't be able to whip me anymore?!?!?!"
"N-no!!! I can already see and feel spirits, you know that. But, sometimes, if the spirit's emotions are particularly strong, there will be an effect on me too."

And for the Depression thing, I'm not sure if any of you are offended by it, but I apologize. I wanted to use my memories of depression in the text because I thought it would make it seem realistic.
