Capítulo 5: Huge Change
The manager immediately went towards Lu Lan and said: "Miss Lu, could you please think again about your decision?"
"Ha..ha..ha.. Miss Lu, you better think about the consequences of this huge change." The Labourers' leader mockingly said.
"I think Mr Shen you are already looking at the consequences of your actions," Lu Lan said sneeringly.
"Who are you to make a decision on your own? We want President Si to come here and negotiate with us." Shen Chen said angrily.
"Does Mr Shen think that President Si has free time to waste for someone who is nobody?" Lu Lan replied.
"Watch your words, Miss Lu, otherwise you won't be able to handle the consequences of offending me." Shen Chen said in a high voice.
"I welcome Mr Shen's attacks," Lu Lan said and turn towards the manager and instructed him "Mr Lee, send the termination contract to each one and make sure no one is able to come in this company again."
Afterwards, Lu Lan went to her cabin, she didn't know how would Si Li react for her decision? However, she simply couldn't waste her time because she knew that even after negotiation with those labourers, Tex Corporation wouldn't be able to earn 100 million dollars in the next six months.
Lu Lan was thinking when Mr Lee came in her cabin with huge files of documents and said: "Miss Lu, these are all contracts with our customers.''
"Mr Lee, did you get, what I asked for?" Lu Lan asked. Although she knew her decision was right, however, she was still worried about Si Li's reaction.
"Yes, Miss Lu, these are the list of people whom you want to hire." Mr Lee replied.
After going through the list Lu Lan said: "Hire all of them."
"But Miss, Mr Si…?" Mr Lee immediately asked.
Of course, it was a huge change and they didn't know whether Si Li would agree with it or not.
"Don't worry, I will handle that," Lu Lan said & started reading the files, which Mr Lee had handed it to her just now.

"President, Miss Lu fired all the labourers and hired new ones even without any interview" Mu Che reported to Si Li.
"Tell her, I want all the orders of the Europe country to be completed in next one week." Si Li said without lifting his head.
"Yes President" Me Chu said and left.
