It was already 11 in the morning when Christopher and Kaylee walked out of their room.
Liam stood up when he saw Christopher. "Just so you know, Char has been calling for 16 times now."
Christopher looked at him and shrugged. "Sorry, dude, and thank you." Christopher smiled. "I know you can handle Char, more than anyone else."
Liam sighed, "What do you mean? She's always bothering me.,"
Christopher looked at him as he fixed his tie. "That's why you should treat her well."
Liam ran his fingers into his hair. "I always treat her well; don't say it as if I am the one who's giving her a hard time. I am the one who's having a hard time here."
Christopher's jaw dropped. "I. You're overreacting dude. Let's go, Kaylee should be outside."
Christopher and Liam walked toward the door. When Liam opened the door, Kaylee was standing outside.
She's wearing a striped black and white blouse underneath her dirty white mid-length coat, black jeans, black boots, and a black handbag on her hand. Christopher smiled when he saw her.
He pushed Liam away and walked toward Kaylee, giving her a kiss and holding her hand.
Liam raised his eyebrow. 'So, what's this? Just because his mom knew, he was going to show off to everyone how deeply in love he is?' He thought to himself.
Leaving Liam alone, Kaylee and Christopher walked toward the elevator hand in hand.
Liam massaged his temple, seeing the couple in front of him. "This is too much." He murmured.
...
Inside the car, Liam wanted to yell at them for torturing him.
"I love you," Kaylee said while playing with Christopher's hand.
"And I love you," Christopher responded, kissing the woman's forehead.
Christopher and Kaylee looked at Liam when he suddenly stepped on the brake.
Christopher frowned as he held Kaylee in his arms. "What the hell Liam?"
"If you both want to stay alive, can you please stop your PDA while I'm driving? And please! Give some consideration to a single person like me?"
Christopher smirked. "Why, are you jealous?"
"Dream on." He said as he started to drive again.
Kaylee laughed as she rested her head on Christopher's shoulder. "Let's behave then." She said in a lower voice.
Christopher chuckled, placing his arm around Kaylee's shoulder as he caressed her hair. "Okay."
In no time, they arrived at the Jarvis' Mansion.
Christopher looked at Kaylee and kissed her head. "We're here."
Kaylee looked up at Christopher and smiled nervously.
Christopher sighed when he saw Kaylee's expression. He held Kaylee's hands in both hands and kissed them. Kaylee's hands were cold.
Christopher gently leaned closer to her and kissed her lips. "It's okay, I'm here."
Kaylee nodded. "I know. It's just that, this is my second time meeting your mom, but this is the first time meeting her as your girlfriend."
When the car stopped at the main door, a butler opened the car door. Christopher got out first, followed by Kaylee.
"Welcome home, second master, Madam is waiting for you inside." The butler said as he bowed his head.
"Okay." Christopher said he waved his hand, saying 'you may go.'
As soon as the butler left, they could hear a footstep coming from inside.
A girl with her red dress ran toward them as soon as she saw Kaylee and Christopher. "Topher! Kaylee!"
At the same time, as soon as Liam saw her, he started the car and drove away. Charlotte pouted looking at the car leaving the mansion. "That bastard."
Christopher patted Charlotte's back. "At least, don't scare him too much."
