Zhuque Army and Lujiang Army were also called to head toward Xiapi, to bring all of their men alongside him, and after sending his order out Lie Fan called for Xun You and Chen Gong to take a census and count how many men he had under him now.
Xun You and Chen Gong census the army that was stationed at Xiapi, and they found out that the number had increased dramatically, especially with the addition of Lu Bu's former army to Lie Fan's army.
Before leaving to attack Yan Baihu, Lie Fan had around 65,000 men stationed at Xiapi and now he has around 200,000 men which is unprecedented, 20,000 men from Liu Yao's soldiers that were turned by Lie Fan to his soldiers, and the rest 115,000 men from Lu Bu's former army.
If Xun You remember correctly, The Qinglong Army, Baihu Army, and Xuanwu Army each had 50,000 men totaling 150,000 men, the Zhuque Army had 45,000 men and the Lujiang Army had 40,000 men.
That means in combined total Lie Fan had around 435,000 men under him which was massive, and the number of the other Army group hasn't been updated yet since they haven't arrived at Xiapi yet.
After they finished their census, they presented it to Lie Fan and told him that they needed to increase the number of their agricultural production to keep up with the demand for supplies needed to feed Lie Fan's Army.
Lie Fan smiled and told the two of them that now thanks to the Crop Rotation System they had implemented across Xu and Yu Province alongside the Tuntian System, they had a large surplus of food that even the demand couldn't keep up.

Next and the last agenda, the officers or generals under each army will also have a rotation or change, especially with the new addition from Lu Bu's Army and He Qi's arrival.
The Chao Brothers, Zang Ba, Ji Ling, and Xu Rong will be in the Qilin Army, after that He Qi, Lu Fan, Lei Bo, Hao Meng, and Hou Cheng will be in the Qinglong Army. Song Xian, Wei Xu, Chen Lan, Qiao Rui, and Ze Rong will be in the Baihu Army, After that Cheng Lian, Ren Jun, Fan Chou, and Cao Xing will be in the Zhuque Army.
Lastly for the Xuanwu Army, there will be Lu Jun, Lu Bao, Lu Qian, and Fang Yue. After Lie Fan finishes telling the list of appointments, all of the Head Generals and advisors stood up and cupped their hands toward Lie Fan, who in return laughed and told them to sit down and continue the banquet, while in Xiapi there's a good atmosphere it's not the same for Liu Bei who flee Qing Province heading toward Xinye.
