Capítulo 23: Wanda
I have gotten a dog, I named him Kevin he is a black and white Border Collie. it was hard to let myself like the dog knowing what I was going to do to him but he was such a good boy that I fell in love a few months after getting him, I spend all day with him even when in my labs because he is so well behaved.
speaking of falling in love, Wanda and I have gotten much closer to each other over the past few months as I helped her train and just hung out, Pietro has already given me his blessing and even skipped the whole 'if you hurt her I'll kill you' cliche, even though we both know he would try if I did hurt her.
Wanda has changed from the movie version, she is much more self-confident and stable thanks to her brother not dying and the therapy that is helping her deal with her traumatic past. I am pretty sure that my mother has already seriously accepted her as her daughter in law because I have caught them gossiping quietly when they don't know I'm there plus she no longer sounds like she is teasing when we calls Wanda daughter-in-law, Wanda doesn't even blush that much anymore when she does.
right now I am in my lab working on modifying my arclance Brenna, I am trying to add a place to put the infinity stones or a small cosmic cube, Wanda is in one corner attempting to solve a fragile wire puzzle with her telekinesis to work on her fine control she had an adorable look of concentration on her face with her tongue striking out of the corner of her mouth, besides her was a pile of bent wire puzzles her previous victims. Pietro was in a corner trying to work on phasing only select parts of his body at a time, he could do it if he was really concentrating but it was hard for him, we were trying to get him to the point where he could use it in the middle of battle.
after we finished doing our own thing we decided to go and have some fun by playing some board games because Pietro and I cheated at almost any other type of game be it video games or sports, we settled on playing Settlers of Catan after a brief fight over the colors I got blue, Wanda got yellow and Pietro got red. we had fun for the rest of the night and until the morning, stopping in the middle for a movie, at the end Pietro had passed out after chugging a three leather of cola and eating two boxes of pizza.
Wanda sat next to me on the couch while we watched a second movie, it was about some girl who could talk to ghosts trying to figure out who had killed her mother when she was a child. I felt a bit brave so I put my arm around Wanda, she looked at me with a blush then just leaned on me and continued to watch the movie, after the movie was done Wanda and I sat in silence for a bit.
"so does this mean we are dating? because I would not mind if it did." I said while smiling down at her.
"O-of course it does dummy, but no kissing only holding hands for now and your mom said that no s-sex until I am 18 o-ok?" she asked me while turning sored I thought she would short circuit any second.
"haha don't worry I wasn't planning on having sex until then anyway, by the way..." I said while leaning close to her blushing face "... are you sure you don't want any kissing? I mean I can wait but are you sure you want me to?"
"m-maybe just al-little kissing, but no tongue, also you can't touch too much, that is also against the rules" she looked so cute when she tried to be stern, I gave her a little peck on the cheek then pulled back.
"ok understood, so now that you are my girlfriend we need to go on a few dates, we could go sometime next week, what do you want to do? we could go to the movies, we could go to Paris, go flying or scuba diving, we could technically go anywhere you want and do almost anything you want."
she looked at me and then said: "u-um I'm fine with any of those, besides it's your job to come up with the date, not me!"
I laughed and said I would think something up before we went to bed.
