The rest of the enemies were almost evenly matched with the other twin and the young lady, mostly due to their fatigue, but it presented Ark with an opportunity, and he took it.

Not even a minute passed, and Ark had already slaughtered every single monster in the vicinity. The trio were of course surprised by his help, but more than that, they were surprised by how excited he seemed to be when he killed all of the monsters. This excitement was a mix of Ark's bloodlust and excitement for experience points, which created quite a peculiar mood. For once, Ark's bloodlust didn't take over completely, and he managed to stay fairly rational, he just had to try really hard to contain himself.
