"Third POV"
The commotion finally wore off and the prisoners were now stood before Shikyo. He was seated in a large chair declaring the punishments to them.
"The court is now in session. The following statements are to be followed by the kage to ensure the survival of their forces."
Shikyo began to list the conditions,
"The kage are to sign the bill indicating the exchange of lives of their respective army in exchange for their jutsu library. That maybe taken when the kage will be executed."
"The kages will be given a time of a month to ensure to safety of their villages and also choosing their kages. alternatively, the kages could exchange their lives in exchange of the bijuu the village currently owns."
"Under no condition the bijuu are to be used as a weapon and will be taken as hostage for the neutrality of the uzushiogakure who will be sole beneficiary of this clause. And even though uzushiogakure will take hold of the bijuu, it will not use them as weapon in no way, not even as a threat."
"The weapons used in this invasion will be taken as spoil of war by the defendent. that includes the bijuu, treasured tools of sage of six path and the weapons of the enemies."
"The kage are ordered to hold a five kage summit in two weeks time. In which Uzushiogakure will be given a right of neutrality, whereas also the remaining villages possessing the bijuu will hand them out to uzu."
"The bijuus will not be used as deterrent for war or as weapon of war. The survival of jinchurikis will be ensured by uzushiogakure and if the jinchuriki do not survive, suitable compensation will be paid by uzushiogakure. This only includes the extraction process and no other external factors will be recompensated."
"The clause are to be given to remaining villages who didn't participate in this attack by the attacker in name of uzushiogakure, if the orders are not withheld, the uzushiogakure sans the current leader will act with extreme bout of force and acquire the bijuu from the refusing village."
"If extreme measure were to be taken, the refusing village will also forfeit the village jutsu library to uzushiogakure which on no condition be released to the remaining major villages and will only uzushiogakure will be privy to the knowledge."
"If the given clause were found to be not followed. The village may be eradicated according to retaliation shown."
Shikyo folded the paper and gave them to Uzukage to be made into copies. The Uzukage swiftly made copies and made the kages to sign the documents.
As soon as they signed the document, a black seal snaked up their arms and settled over their chest glowing for sometime. It slowly faded as Shikyo gave his last thoughts,
"That is a kill switch that will kill not only you but also all your subordinates if the document is not followed. If you try to kill yourself directly or indirectly before the time expires, it will activate. so tell this to the fanatics of your villages who will try to kill you to refuse my order."
"But you said...." the kage spoke in one voice.
Shikyo raised his hand to silence them and answered," This is just a precaution for if the conditions are not fulfilled. as long as they are all fulfilled the seal will be erased permanently. so you need not worry about it."
The kages silently accepted the conditions unable to question the means used. The might is right ruled their minds as they submissively followed the orders.
Shikyo seeing their silent forms, added
"Just a word of advice, it is better to give the bijuu to me. They will be taken by any means. They are all sentient beings and I will not allow the major villages to lord their power over others. So don't be sad about your villages not having a safety lock. as long as you train to achieve something, it will happen. And the fear of war you may have, don't worry I will stop any attempt to use the bijuu and even if villages refuse the no bijuu rule, the jinchurikis will be captured and bijuu removed."
The kages feared other villages will attack with bijuus were quelled and Shikyo ordered all of them to their own villages. He watched them disappear in the horizon and turned to uzushio group,
"Now return to the village and prepare for the kage summit. Prepare the invitation for all bijuu wielding villages and make sure they all will accept the invitation, send Amegakure a invite as well. Send a messenger that the presence of Hanzo the salamander is required in the kage summit."
"Yes, Shikyo Sama! your orders will be followed." the Uzukage accepted the orders.
"alright alright, no need for such strictness. And Also, take Matatabi to uzu and give her suitable accommodation. don't spoil her too much. she still has the behaviour of a cat so don't indulge her. I will see you in two weeks."
Shikyo warned as matatabi complained from the back,
"Hey where are you going… take me with you as well." she whined out. But Shikyo just let her miniature form and said," Not today, I have something to do. go to uzu and look around your new home. Once all your brothers and sisters are assembled, I will take you to adventure around the world ok?"
Matatabi pouted and slapped his hand with her two tails. She turned her back to him and jumped on uzukage's shoulders and ignored Shikyo.
Shikyo gave a exasperated smile and nodded his goodbye to Uzukage. as he was about to leave, he heard cheers ring out from the village gate.
The residents of uzushiogakure were assembled at the gate and cheered for Shikyo. The laughter and joy filled the air as Shikyo smiled behind his mask and disappeared in a flash of light.
But not before giving a final word,
"See you later you guys!"
Shikyo teleported directly to konoha. In his room he found his clone practicing mystic palm jutsu and suddenly lose control seeing the original standing Infront of him.
"Boss! don't scare me like that. I was about to succeed in my mystic palm jutsu just now." the clone complained.
"Ok ok. I'm sorry for distracting you. let's continue this later. where are father and mother at." kyoshi asked him after pacifying the clone.
"oh father just returned from the station. they are downstairs chatting."
the clone replied.
"Thank you. keep up the good work. I will go downstairs and talk with them." the clone nodded as kyoshi headed downstairs.
He found his parents sitting in the living room sipping tea. So he greeted them.
"Mom, dad! I'm back. how are you doing?" kyoko hearing his voice turned her head to kyoshi and rushed to hug him. glomping him in her arms she asked about his time outside.
Kyoshi accepted the hug and spoke," Ah mom, it was quite fun. but I want to ask for a cup of tea. it's been a long time since I had your tea. I missed it a lot."
Koshiro seeing the Interaction closed his eyes and smiled. His son had finally returned from his adventure safe and sound. He nodded his approval to whom kyoshi smiled back.
Kyoko shook her head in amusement and wiped the tears gleaming in her eyes. she stood up and went to kitchen to prepare him a cup.
"So father! how has the village been in my absence. anything new happened?" kyoshi questioned.
Koshiro nodded his head and replied," the sandaime's students returned from their mission a week ago. They were pretty banged up, Tsunade Sama had done a good job as the medic by the looks of it. The suna battlefield was on our favour. From what I heard from clan meeting, the puppet mistress, Chiyo used many times of poison but Tsunade countered them all. And in another skirmish, Sakumo Sama killed her son and daughter during a intense fight. Even he was bedridden due to poisoning and chakra exhaustion. Thank god! Tsunade Sama was closeby and treated his poison. otherwise konoha would have lost a strong shinobi there."
kyoshi nodded at that information. His mother also entered the room, a cup in her hand and placed it Infront of kyoshi. He thanked his mother as kyoko smiled and sat down beside her husband, she questioned about his time outside the village.
Koshiro also perked up his ears to hear about his exploits.Kyoshi sipped and began to explain his journey. He hid his involvement with Kanami and her village.
'No need to show our involvement.' He thought.
He then began to explain his fights with kages substituting his clones exploits with his own. The parents were wide eyed listening to his fight with kage. Their chest flared with pride thinking about the powerful son they have. Theirs heart felt cold hearing about the bijuu and began to worry about injuries he may have sustained but quickly changed to astonishment when he told them his victory over Nibi.
The both of his parents were tongue-tied hearing about his fights. After a moment of silence they both spoke in one voice.
"Son! are you Uchiha Madara reborn?"
Kyoshi laughed at them and replied,"Of course not! I'm just Aman reborn from alternate reality where this world is a fiction I read."
AN::Dun dun dunnnnnn.
So kyoshi told the truth. what is going to happen next?

And also, the name change. for MC is because I didn't want to get confused with using two names for single character multiple times in a single chapter. so during people who know his masked persona his name is Shikyo.
And in next chapter will be a week of time after his uzu incident. he will reconcile with his friends and all that jazz.
anyway, I did say I will give double chapter so this is still the same day. so midnight I'm finishing this chapter. as I always write the chapter before publishing. I don't get much time to edit chapters so please point out the mistakes not the grammatical ones. those are my birthright as non native English speaker but the ones I may have substituted with new ideas.
