Capítulo 88: Let's get you spicy, my hubby
After Alena shared the address with the driver, they were able to reach the venue within fifteen minutes. It was a high- end restaurant which looked lavish from just one look and Alena face turned sour, she thought "So, he was looking down upon me as the restaurant i booked was not this lavish. I don't understand how mean can one person be?"
When they entered the lobby, a man approached them and asked for her name and then took them to the most inner cubicle and Alena could see that there was not a single customer so she thought it must be only for rich people and many can't afford here.
Alena saw Damon playing with his phone while video-chatting with his laptop and when he saw them he cut the call and smiled at them although that smile was only for his mother. His mother said "So you got time from your busy schedule to spend with your mother and wife Huh?"
He replied "What are you talking mother i am always free for you and my dear wife". He emphasized on the word WIFE to make Alena uncomfortable and he failed to that because Alena beat him to it. After taking her seat beside Damon she smiled gently and held his hand in hers and said "Of course mother he has all his time specially dedicated to me and always favors me over everything and i always wanted to ask my hubby one question?" Damon looked at Alena surprised and asked "What is it dear?"
Alena squeezed his hands and said "Just how much do you love me dear that you left your work and came to accompany us?" Damon was paralyzed for a moment before taking his hands out from her hold and placing it around her shoulders which made Alena flinch and Damon was enjoying her every expression. He said "I love you to the moon and back my dear wife".
Alena wanted to puke at his words but controlled herself and made a disgusted look after facing him. Then she pushed back his hands from her shoulders gently and then said "We are kind of hungry so lets hurry with the order, Mother what would you like?"
Mother replied "You go ahead with the order like you used to do in the past and you also very well know about my taste".
Damon became tensed because he knew Alena doesn't know about her mother and her tastes. Alena replied "Okay mother". Alena glanced at the menu and thought that she would order the ones which are expensive and what she liked and as per her mother she has observed in the past days that she really enjoys beef so she will order one that for her.
After deciding on what to order she kept the menu at the table and placed her phone on her palm after texting Damon. She texted "Order for yourself". Damon chuckled at her message and replied "I will eat what my wife is eating". Alena's mouth twitched and she thought of a wicked plan, she let out a wicked smile which made Damon consider his text to her.
Soon the waiter came and Alena ordered what she wanted then added "Please make the chicken soup and grilled pork extra spicy as my husband and i love it". The waiter replied "Yes ma'am" and left. Damon was speechless he knew that he can't handle spicy food and looked at Alena and in return Alena smirked.
