Capítulo 22: SOMETHING FAMILIAR
After packing some of our important things I got a call from the assistant that we had to share our journey with another patient I agreed but my mother was furious because she does not wanted to take risk with my safety but I thought what can go possibly go wrong with a patient.
After this we had dinner at home and went to sleep but I was unable to sleep so I went to our balcony and I gazed at the sky. Everything was so quiet and calm. I was thinking what will I become after tomorrow, how will I survive and how will I live with this new identity. Suddenly I remembered of charles and tears started brimming through my eyes. I thought I loved him so deeply and in return I got betrayal. Just what did I do wrong to deserve this.
Then I felt a cloth over my shoulder I turned and saw it was my mother she was smiling lovingly at me. She said" I don't know what happened with you and I can't change the past but the fact is that I promise baby I will never let you cry again". After saying she hugged me tightly and I hugged her back. She continued " just promise me one thing daughter never lie to me and never hide anything from me okay".
I gasped and said " yes mommy".
We returned to bed and slept.
In morning we woke up and get ready for our journey. After half an hour we left for the flight
