Sometime later, Hu Lei sat down in the penthouse kitchen, drinking ginger tea while Zhong Feng prepared breakfast. She concealed her face behind the cup, refusing to look at his relaxed demeanour. She wished that she could drill into the ground and hide for a thousand years.
