The officer started explaining why the students needed to undergo military training and why they needed to work together as a team.

"Those who seem to be quarreling for the class, in actual fact, you're worried about yourself. You're worried that you'll get implicated and your results will drop. You're afraid that you can't get number one. You're afraid of everything but you never thought of helping your friend. You can use your free time to teach your classmates and help those improve."
