The night was getting late.
The chess match was over, and the pot of tea had been emptied.
Mu Yuchen got up and tossed Su Chen his coat. "You still can't beat me. Time for you to head back. I'll see you to the door!" He then walked forward first.
Su Chen put his coat over his shoulder and followed him outside.
"The night scenery is looking great. Unfortunately, we don't have the leisure of enjoying it right now. You seem pretty composed. Aren't you worried that things might go out of hand?" Su Chen caught up to Mu Yuchen and walked beside him as he asked.
"It's not like worrying about it will help them to stay within my expectations." Mu Yuchen put on a cold smile.
Su Chen shrugged. "You've always had the calmest demeanor among us. Zimo and I could learn a thing or two from you in that aspect."
