Xi Xiaye's words stunned Xiao Mei who stared at her dumbfounded.

"CEO Xi...are you going on a trip?" Xiao Mei asked.

Xi Xiaye frowned and lowered her head. She did not reply and just looked at the documents before her.

Xiao Mei did not force her to answer as she seemed unwilling. "Do you want a flight for tomorrow or the day after?" 

"Check if there's a flight for tonight. Also, tell Uncle Lan to come to see me."

"Tonight!?" Xiao Mei was stunned once again.

Was it that urgent?

However, she just nodded without asking any questions before leaving the office.

Xiao Mei quickly booked the flight. It was scheduled at 8 p.m. that night.

Xi Xiaye went to pick Mu Zirui up soon after. She sent him over to the Shen residence before returning to Maple Residence. She thought that leaving him there would be better since Shen Wenna and Xi Mushan would be free to take care of him during the holidays.
