Hearing new messages from system, Stephen started to panic.

"Stop, WHAT?! What terms and conditions! System answer me!".

But it was already too late…

[Commencing teleportation...]

Bright light blinded Stephen so that he shielded his eyes with his right hand. Simultaneously he felt slight nausea. After a few seconds everything ended and he removed his hand away from his eyes.

What he saw around himself was endless prairie with crystal clear blue sky. But it wasn't time to admire the scenery around him. As soon as he came to his senses, Stephen shouted with all his might.

"SYSTEM! What the f*ck with those terms and conditions! I don't remember when I heard something about terms, conditions and the contract or agreed to any of them!"

[Ding! Don't worry host. It's only standard procedure. At that time, I wanted to start explanation, but the host shouted 'I'm in! I will participate in your games and I will definitely become God!'.]

[That's why it was decided that the host automatically agreed to the contract and teleportation was commenced.]

[Not to mention it's already too late. Once you appeared inside the Players Area, you only have 2 ways out. First is death, and second is to become a God.]

[There is no medicine for regret, host.]

Hearing all of this, Stephen understood that he made a great mistake. Not having any strength in his legs, he directly fell on the ground. Although he felt regret and despair, but still, he didn't forgot his decision and determination to become a God that he made not that long ago.

Taking a deep breath, Stephen finally calmed down himself. Thinking a few more seconds about something, he decided to ask.

"S-so system, what are those terms and conditions inside the contract?"

[Ding! Nothing much. Standard devil's contract, you know right? Selling soul, endless torture, so on and so forth.]

Stephen was speechless.

'Devil's contract, selling soul, endless torture… What have I done?!'

When Stephen was on the verge of an explosion, system suddenly said.

[Alright. Enough of jokes. For now at least.]

"F*ck! You are even worse than devil!" Stephen couldn't hold it in any longer.

He remembered his bad luck once again. Nothing good could have happened to him. Never. Stephen started to curse day he was born.

'Ha~, why I am so unlucky?' silently thought Stephen.

After 10 minutes of self-reproach and indignation, he found something strange. That's why he decided to ask. Even if he really, REALLY didn't want to do that.

"System, did your manner of speech changed or I am overthinking things?"

[Ding! About that! Yes host, you are right! Previously I was working in the Polite Mode, now I am back to the Normal Mode]

Hearing this, cold sweat covered his forehead.

"W-what`s up with those Polite and Normal Mode?", Stephen asked fearfully.

[Ding! You see, host. It's easier to hook in idiots in the Polite Mode, People tends to believe more someone who speaks with them using polite speech. That's why systems have such built-in mode of operation], truthfully replied system.

"Hook in… Idiots…"

Finally, the dam broke through...

"You this bastard SCAMMER!"

"AAAAAAARGH!"
