He then began his practice for some time and rested half an hour, when it was time, he walked to reach the designated place. 

Both Masters were already there.

The first master was sitting on a rock while the seventh master was standing to see the view down the hill.

"This year, the new disciples are less competitive," the master who was standing, spoke in a hoarse voice. 

"There might be, diamonds are less common than coals," the first golden master shrugged his shoulders, "But both have their value in the world," he completed the incomplete sentence with a grin.

"You are right, senior," he also replied with a grin.
