Marlene can't help but shiver after hearing those words, but she tried to calm her voice. "Are you talking about chain of seals? But why would they use such a dangerous ritual to someone like her?" 

Unfortunately, Zhiyuan shook his head as a response that made Marlene frown. "If her mentality has been sealed after trying to remove a memory on her soul.." 

She hesitated. "It means her soul is not complete.. But without following the chain..." She faintly said. "It might scatter her soul like.. Like... She will vanish on this world.."

Right after her words fell on their ears, Zhiyuan and Li FuJin's face instantly turned lifeless. Their body felt a cold sweat while both of their minds synced together thinking about YuYan's soul vanishing from the world. 

With their wild imagination, they feel their soul almost fly away from their bodies. They intensely stared at Marlene that made her heart skipped a beat.
