(Here it is guys, sorry for the late return and such and this chap is well ehh... I guess)
"Among the people that were rescued, they all had one common thing. It was that they all had an special identity by being connected to someone of great power. For example there is Nina Brackerman, wife of Jack Brackerman, CEO of Brackerman Security. The biggest security firm in all of Nova City. And just like her, the rest of the hostages have a similar or somewhat similar status. So we can assume that Lillian here should have a status like theirs," Reed explained.
"Yeah, she does have a special identity. Her identity is probably the biggest compared to everyone else." Conor said.
"Do you mind telling me what that Identity is?"
"Lillian, is the daughter of Wilhelm Myers, a high ranking general that controls the army on the northern border. At the same time, he's also one of the people that controls the operations of the special forces in the military. Like mine when I was still in the force, he controlled when and where our team would operate and without him, I would've never gotten the chance to join the special forces."
"Wait, you're saying that the daughter of a high ranking general was kidnapped?!" Reed was astounded. He didn't think Lillian's identity would be that strong. If they didn't save Lillian and she was still in the hands of the Dawn Corporation. Who knows what sort of blackmailing would occur.
"Yeah, however, I can't figure out how they could've found that out about her. Her personal information should be classified due to her father being a general with significant power in the military."
"Are you saying that someone personally leaked the information to the Dawn Corporation?"
"That or someone leaked the information and the Dawn Corporation got lucky in finding the information."
Reed brows furrowed and shook his head. "There's no point in trying to figure out who leaked out the information on Lillian. Right now she's under protection of the Aniston Family. There is no need to think that any external danger will come to her." Reed's voice became murderous. "If anyone does plan to do so, they'll die before they even know it."
Conor looked at Lillian's body resting on the bed for a few seconds. "Thank you Reed, honestly without you, I would probably sill be working for those monsters and Lillian would've died in their hands.
"One thank you is enough Conor. There is no need to say another one." Reed then started to walk out of the room but right before he left. Reed turned to look at Conor who was staring at Lillian with an emotionless face. "Conor, you should take a rest soon. Staring at her all day won't make her wake up any faster. She'll wake up soon, so just wait until it happens." Reed said and left.
---
After leaving Lillian's room, Reed went to find where the rest of the hostages were recuperating at. When the rescued hostages saw Reed who was their savior, they immediately crowded and bombarded him with thanks of all kinds. Only after a while did the crowd surrounding Reed calm down.
"So when can we leave to return to our family?" One of the hostages whose name was, Adam Shyles asked Reed. Having not seen his family in a long time, Adam was very desperate to them once again. This was the same for the rest of the hostages as well.
"You can't return yo your family for awhile." Reed shook his head.
A look of shock and disbelief appeared on everyone's face. "What do you mean we can't return to our family? Why can't we return to our family?"
"The reason we are keeping all of you here, is for you and your family's safety. If we were to return you to your family the next day and people who kidnapped before were to notice. They would just kidnap you again. So it is best to keep you here, under the protection of the Aniston Family until we are sure that the danger surrounding you all is cleared. Don't worry though, you'll be able to see your family soon enough.
Though Adam and the rest of the people felt depressed hearing that they couldn't return to their family anytime soon, they felt a little bit better knowing that they could soon see their family once again.
" Thank you Reed. if you ever need, you know where to find me. As the son of the of the Shyle Family, owner of Shyles Real Estates, I will do my utmost best to help you." Adam swore to Reed.
"Did you just say your family owned a real estate company?" Reed asked in surprise. Reed was in need to buy a building for his future research and development facility. So hearing that Adam was the son of a family who owned a real estate company, and a renowned one at that. Reed felt as if he was gifted by god.
"Yes, my family runs a real estate that manages more than thirty percent of of the building in the city. From the smallest of houses to the tallest of all sky scrapers, we should be able to find you one." Adam said with a confident look on his face.
"That's good then. I'm looking for a rather large building to turn into a research and development facility."
"I'm pretty sure we'll be able to find something you like. All we have to do it wait to see my father again."
After staying a little longer to talk with the rest of hostages, Reed then left for home with Aily. When they came home, they were greeted with the sight of their parents. After the greetings the family had dinner. When all was done and Reece Aily was about to go to bed, the door bell went off repeatedly nonstop. Reece immediately walked towards the front door and opened it, revealing a collapsed man on the floor before him.
