Capítulo 8: Meeting Luke
Luke was around 1.80 tall with an athletic build, dark brown hair fashioned in a modern quiff style. Luke had been raised in an orphanage as his parents supposedly abandon him when he was a baby. Unlike what most stories say being raised in an orphanage wasn't all that bad, he had food, shelter, and wifi. But without anyone that truly cares for him, Luke started to distance himself from others and got himself hooked into anime. With no foreseeable goal in life, other than repaying the old nun running the orphanage for all the kindness she had given him in all the years, Luke entered college in hopes of getting a job in order to help out with the bills.
He met Cristian on the first day as they were both taking the same courses, the saying birds of a feather flock together really describes their friendship quite well, as Cristian was a former anime otaku too but had moved on to reading light novels a few years back.
~Luke's pov
On a certain day, while trying to find and invite Cristian to a party in order to hook that loner up again with one of my girlfriend's roommates, I really don't know how that idiot keep on failing. I finally found him sitting on a bench outside of the library.
"Broski" I yelled, "you coming to Johnny's party this Friday?" Getting at what I'm trying to say, he nodded at me and I flash him a grin and a thumbs up.
Having accomplished my task and seeing that he quite busy, I headed towards my girlfriends, Izzy's dorm when suddenly a loli like voice sounded in his mind.
["Welcome to the Akashi System, everyone! Congratulations people of earth, you were chosen by the God of All, Uvuvwevwevwe Onyetenyevwe Ugwemuhwem Osas or Jzeus for short, to wield the Akashi System. I shall be your ai assistant Kami-chan, nice to meet you desu! You are one of the many hosts chosen to have access to the Akashi System to combat the awakening of the negative beings, which shall be spawning after this message. Good luck desu!"] The then voice faded away.
"OOO! This better not be a dream!" I squealed

After about 2 minutes has passed.

Having finished the download I then proceeded to do what I've always wanted to do

"Oooo! There it is! Hahaha This is just like SAO! let's make sure that this is not a dream and give that loner a call. " I thought excitedly as I picked up my phone and had a chat with him. After the chat I then fiddled around with the screen and found something intriguing.

'Hehehe my luck isn't too shabby huh? Hahaha! Alright let's take them out' I then went into my equipment page and got all of my prizes out. Now on the ground in front of me lays a short sword and sheath, a pair of silver pistols that looks exactly like the one that shiba tatsuya uses, a pair of black gauntlets with bladed spikes on the side and a small magic circle in the bottom, a gold coin and finally a 5-tailed puppy.
Taking a moment to play around with the stuff, while feeling annoyed that the inspect skill isn't an in build feature, so I have no idea on what stats or skills they give. Having had my fun with the pup and the gun, I proceeded to equip the ones that could be equipped, which are only the pair of gauntlets atm as I need a holder strap for the others.
I then turned my attention to the gold coin which I assume is the hidden class. "kami -chan please tell onii-chan on how to activate this coin"

"Hehe you're so cute, go ahead activate this coin for onii-chan" I urge her

[Spatial jumping] [Lv. 1]-[max lv10] The user is able to teleport into any place within their teleportation range, whether they have seen it or not, without danger of harming themselves. The range is 100m, 3 charges 1-minute cooldown
[Spatial Awareness] [Lv. 1]-[max lv10] .The user is able to perceive the spatial distances: the dimensions (length, width, and height), distances between objects, shapes, and sizes of things, etc. They can discern how far away something is and the exact measurements of the proportions of an object. Passive skill. Range is 20m
[Spatio Kinetic Combat instinct] [Lv. 1]-[max lv10] The user is able to instinctively utilize space manipulation with their physical combat, allowing them to warp or teleport their attacks using portals and shift the battlefield to their advantage. Passive skill. Increases damage by 10%. Increase learning rate of spatial magic by 5%
