Ling Hao looked at Shao Xiao, his team leader.

Shao Xiao shrugged and refused to get involved.

Ling Hao whispered something in Shao Xiao's ear, but Shao Xiao cleared his throat and said, "It's up to you. I'm not saying anything."

By then, Feng Wu was by Ling Hao's side.

Ling Hao immediately stood up and pulled the chair out for her.

Feng Wu casually sat down.

Ye Han stiffened, and her face turned livid.

She had warned Ling Hao, but he still dared to act that way!

She turned around and glared at Ling Hao with eyes burning with fury.

Ling Hao shrugged in resignation.

Ye Han gave Feng Wu one last mean look before she smacked her book on the desk and stormed off.

Feng Wu was already the center of attention. When that happened, all eyes were on her.

Everybody discussed it in hushed voices.

"Why did Ye Han run off?"
