Su Yu and Huo Mian had lunch at Jiang Xiaowei's place before leaving. They were going to head straight back to the military hospital, but Huo Mian suddenly suggested that they go to Seductive Fox first.

Although Su Yu was confused, he still took her there.

"Rick… can you get in touch with my in-laws?"

"The truth is… I've been trying to reach them, but for some reason, I can't… I asked my brother to investigate, and he told me that Qin Chu's uncle had moved. I'm assuming they hid away for their own safety."

"I need to know they're okay, my mother-in-law's health hasn't been good, and my father-in-law's still sick…"

"Don't worry, I've asked my brother to keep looking for them. I'll let you know as soon as I get an update."

"They don't know what happened to Qin Chu yet, do they?" Huo Mian asked as she lowered her head.
