"Man, they really have no sense of restraint."

For a moment, Wataru regretted coming back to his family home.

His grandparents had raised him since he was a child and were incredibly dear to him. Even after he'd moved out to live on his own as an adult, they had continued to send him food and care for him in countless ways.

Because they knew everything about him—the good and the bad—there was a certain comfort in being at home. But at the same time, it made introducing a special woman to them extremely awkward. 

Of course, there was no way he could simply tell them, "She's a slave I bought," or "She's actually from another world." Trying to explain the truth would probably take a ridiculous amount of effort, and he wasn't eager to go through that ordeal.
