I don’t see it that way. The Wind Domain works not by controlling the natural air in a given area, but transforming into wind release through nature transformation the chakra Fujin release in the environment. As such, a Vacuum domain would mean transforming the wind release chakra into Vacuum spheres all around, without affecting the naturally existing air.
Hey I was wondering, what if the Wind Domain evolved into the Vacuum Domain ? It would be an awesome sight
