The observation eye says that it pulls from your general knowledge so for it to be useful you'd first have to get access to all that knowledge And then do a lot of studying that would already allow you to do all those things already which makes it kind of redundant. Meanwhile the Inventories limitations are That you can't store living beings and you have to be touching which means with just a touch you could disarm and disarmor your opponents.
