As the stakes escalate and the shadows of Noir loom ever closer, Caesar must decide whether to trust in the impossible and prepare for the inevitable onslaught, or dismiss the letters as mere fantasy and face the consequences of his disbelief Note: the disease was dangerous but not deadly at first which explains why caesar was able to live 10 years in complete normalcy since the world government had decent control of it -

Individuals have their own laws and principles, not your ordinary laws which were granted by the government but laws that was granted by the supreme Being. This laws govern the properties and elements of this universe. Ranging from the laws of nature, time, space and distortion and many others. This laws were granted to individuals who has the constitution to rule this laws and to bend this laws according to their will. This laws gives them the strength and power to control the principles that was gifted to them. The power to summon and tame the beast, the power to twist dimesion and the power to reverse time. But just like any other things in this world. The power to govern this laws is not for free, a deep responsibility was carried to it. If you are one of the luckiest beings in the universe to be granted by this laws, what do you think your laws will be? What would be their principles? Is your Constitution enough to rule over this laws? and if you are granted of this kind of authority, is your physical, mental, spiritual, emotional and social dimesion can carry this huge responsibility? Mark, a military officer, dies in battle and unexpectedly regains consciousness, only to discover he had inhabited the body of a 17-year-old named Dennis. Reeling in shock from the transmigration, he also figured out he was on a different earth. As he recovered memories from Dennis, he made even more shocking discoveries... "Earth's location in space got shifted three years ago?" The circumstances encompassing this revelation, as well as the effects it brought upon the human race, rocked Mark to his core. Dennis, who was orphaned from the Earth shifting incident, had gotten drafted into the Modified Combatant program. This was created to train humans and experiment on them to increase their compatibility rate with the new Ultimate Vestro Battle suit created by government scientists which had an inbuilt system. This was in a bid to bring out the full potential of the suit so humans would be powerful enough to resist and battle against the extraterrestrial forces plaguing the planet. Despite this being a dangerous endeavour, Dennis agreed to be a part of the program so he could cater to his little brother, who happened to be the only family member he had left.
