Though personally I feel that only applies when there is actually age extension (which douluo doesn't have) and both parties are well into adulthood. which Qian Renxue is not, even with bs cultivation early maturity.

The Chinese localization of Naruto isn't named after Naruto, but instead uses the Chinese words that translate to Hokage. This breaks Mtl, especially if the Mtl doesn't use context. A similar thing happens with One Piece, where the Chinese name is Pirate King, so Mtl translates it to either Pirate King or One Piece interchangeably.
