People forget that kekkei genkai and kekkei tota's are made by fusing chakra attributes, and anyone can do that, but it has a huge possibility of failure, maybe having a certain amount of consequences but the highlight of this is that any normal ninja can get a kekkei genkai or tota you just have to atleast be someone with enough talent and once you do achieve a kekkei genkai or tota your chakra increases that means theoretically you can just keep creating kekkei genkai's to one day become a six path level being its basicly cultivation atleast thats how i think it is i might be wrong but it would clear alot of things in naruto's world view

how does that build the world because that would mean that the world is still in the age of gods, if not supernatural beings at the level of angels would not survive supernatural beings live on the energy of the surroundings even in DxD while that world would also make the gods way stronger but also if the world is in the age of gods that means that alaya is below gaia in the control of the world the throne of heroes may still exist because alaya has long since separated from gaia even before the age of gods ended in fate plus power levels will be all over the place if you dont strictly define them and even out the world like zeus in DxD would have been atleast moon level but if you add fate he might become a planet level being depending on the version of zeus that is integrated based on fate even if you dont consider that and still use DxD lore on the powerscale on the supernatural world that would basicly guarantee that humans are stronger due to heroic spirits

some of those are okay, but the core powers of herrchers are scientific meaning some of those wishes may limit the power itself or just be not necessary like herrscher of ice you do know that its power can stop of slow down all atomic movement in a erea making it look like time stopped esdeath did that but she didnt understand the principle while herrscher would have wiped out humanity if they understood science.
