with this system a tradition of paying someone with a currency that line up to their job would be considered as respect or a "good job" while giving them zors is the same as " bad soldier" / " bad crafter "

this is one hell of a currency system since a single town could end up with all of the currency flowing in and out.........accountants must be one hell of a job
