It's a thousand years throughout the book, so yes there will be a few flings. But as of the latest chapters and story arc, there are only two true love interests. The MC won't have a 'Harem' like most other books, it will be two possibly Three true love interests throughout the book, which will go from the birth of the original vampires to the end of the originals.
