honestly I had thought Elle would not give in to any suitor so easily. it was a real surprise to me she accepted stetson's proposal. also the blacksmith kinda melted my hear too. curious as to who and howthe other young ladies will choose their suitors

the marks may be a power conduit. I believe the unknown will find something that was lost to give to Elle. possibly something that was her mother's

I still am going back and forth on whether the unknown pov is malicious or benevolent. I am kinda leaning towards enemy but am not sure. Definitely can't wait to see how it unfolds!
