Yeah the only thing that can the medicine develop is a heal injuries fast medicine type or extend lifespan (obviously also the increase in physical attributes too) because diseases are almost non existent in halo universe (even a nornal merchant space ship had a machine that cured cancer if i don't miss remember)

Are you going to make the precursors the reapers? because it wouldn't make much sense for the race that created sentient life with the potential of forerunners, humans and more, that was also a very pacifist and benevolent race (they were the ones who originally made the concept of the mantle). So i really hope they are not of the same race.

I don't really care that much, as long as mc and author rememeber that tsunade it's not that juvenile and in fact she actually looks like dried meat/shrivelled grapes (in texture) in naruto shippuden, but she has an unique and constant transformation jutsu (that when she is without chakra the jutsu deactivates), as long as this is taken in account then let there be romance.
(I know there is an age gap between two but the female lead in my mind was always Tsunade, I tried my best not to write any intimate scene between them before mc turned eighteen, it's still a little bit weird but somewhat in an acceptable range as well)
