Thanks for pointing it out. I've tried to edit it to make it seem more like a new version of Harry instead of a partial SI.

Right now, I am just aiming to have the Dursleys removed as Harry's muggle guardians. Even if the officer's POV is somewhat useless in the long run, I want to incorporate other people's viewpoints a bit. You could call it a practice run, as I have very little experience writing. Thanks for the suggestions! I did a little research on what punishment this kind of abuse would cause for the Dursleys and I came up with 8-10 years of prison. I may just cheese it to get them in for longer. I'll aim to get Dudley in military school too. Thanks again :)

Thanks for your input! I have been putting thought into what I can change to be better, and those are the things I want to change. I have no plan for this and am just writing for the fun of it. I will be going back to change things that don't make sense.
