This chapter yay!!!💃🏻💃🏻 I always had a feeling that Diana is not as naive about her feelings as she acted. Gurrlll was knowingly living in denial. It's believable that she is clueless about Maxim's feelings because the young Maxim was even more detached and cold than the current but the way Diana treated Maxim was always visible. She clearly cherished him and pampers him and treasures him and it's certainly not platonic at all. Just how adorably she confessed it in her diary I can't please! Someone shove that diary at our boii I am dying and screaming!!!! Their love is just so pure and it really shows how they mean the world to each other. Meanwhile, poor confused Daisy... is an angel like her daughter too👼👼

Sly Max X Adorable Diana... they are the best!!❤💋 Also, I just noticed something. Both Hazel and Alice went through tough sh t in their lives. Max's mom had issues, getting cheated on, getting pregnant and dropping out of college, dad passing away, and then being a single mother, trying her best to make ends meet yet she is such a warm and sweet character. I like how lively and funny she is and even Diana is so close to her As for Diana's mom, we don't know what she went through except that she was cheated on but she vented on her poor kids by being so violent to them Both the moms had mental health issues yet one overcame them and raised Maxim to be a fine gentleman (not in bed 🥵🥵) but really, we don't see shadows of the past on Maxim. He struggled, sure but his mental health wasn't affected unlike Diana's or Daisy's. While Diana is traumatized and flinches every time someone touches her, Daisy has walls around her so it shows how much difference upbringing can make!!!

I think Daisy and Diana are both traumatized by their parent's relationship. It shows up in their instinctive behavior and the way Diana shies away at the idea of commitments while Daisy downright hates men. But Maxim took this step with Diana despite rejecting her a few times before. I think that's because initially, she was treating this quite casually but now, she took a step towards him and told him that she only wanted him, not anyone else. Maybe, he is now determined to trap her with him forever. I love how she is seriously stating conditions and he is narrowing his eyes and being angry but pretending to be casual when she looks his way. It's so funny. I don't think he will take those conditions seriously😝😝 Go Max tear down her walls
