I just noticed that you replied to my review a month ago saying it didn't make sense and said review is about the same topic as the op so you probably lack understanding on the concept of true infinity causing you to be unable to understand both this review and mine(I suspect the author also lacks said understanding or is simply too lazy to specify the MCs capabilities) I previously attempted to understand your confusion and clarify it by replying to your reply on my review but it appears you missed that so hopefully this will remedy your lacking knowledge and/or understanding on the subject.
My point is you're arguing about different things which is why you can't agree on a definition, the op is talking about True omniscience and your talking about pseudo-omniscience which are similar but also distinctly different so this argument is pointless because both of you are right but you misunderstood or you aren't aware of what the op is talking about.
You have to understand that having the 3 omnis requires reality to be truly infinite but there's no way of knowing if reality is truly infinite or not because if it is you will never perceive it's limit therefore not knowing if there is a limit and you just haven't reached it or if there isn't, and if it isn't truly infinite and you do perceive the limit you have no way of knowing if that truly is the limit or if you just can't perceive anything more than that, in conclusion if reality is truly infinite then there exists an "entity" with the 3 Os AKA God, the issue is you're assuming the "entity" is human like you or me, it isn't, a human cannot possess the 3 Os because that makes them God and therefore not human, a human can only have a pseudo-omni like the nigh-omniscience the op was talking about and I believe they were simply pointing out that the MC of this story doesn't have true omniscience which is true.
Which part are you confused about?

Can't really picture Makoto as a Sensei but I guess he does fit especially the realm part and he does get a more serious attitude in later seasons but Ainz is definitely a better pick, good luck writing any interactions between someone like Demiurge or shaltear(I think that's how it's spelt) and Diana or Clark let alone Bruce... Heh now that I think about it it's kinda funny picturing Batman frantically trying to come up with contingency plans for someone like Demiurge who is know for his sadism, strategy and power. Btw I just got your "He's an Overlord on par with a True god" hint and feel stupid for taking so long to be fair I was really tired when reading that chapter but still... Anyway I'll leave you to your life and hopefully your writing now.
Thanks for the clarification, love the story and I hope you can continue it as far possible and maybe even finish it since it's rare to find such well written novels with an actual story to tell and plot to follow on webnovel and the rare few there are get dropped more often than not (at least in the fanfic section) In the meantime I'll be supporting you with whatever stones I have whenever I remember (not sure if or how that helps but authors always ask for them so I assume it somehow does, perhaps it's just a show of popularity?)
Only op magician that can be perceived as evil but isn't really with dangerous subordinate's I can think of is Ainz Ool Gown from overlord but his verse isn't really all that big soo... Maybe someone from reincarnated as a slime? I think that could be considered a higher realm, in fact Rimuru himself kind of fit's the description If not then idk there's too many op magicians in anime to guess and while I have watched quite a bit I can't say I know all or even most of the characters that match that description.
Unlikely, based on what the author said The Presence is on the same level as Super Saiyan God Blue and The One Above All is on par with The Presence and even the strongest version of Wanda is infinitely weaker than TOAA so unless the author made the marvel multiverse a higher realm equal to the true god realm in this novel it wouldn't make any sense.
Which it does in an infinite reality which is a requirement for omniscience.
