It is possible since they all move based on Ryuuen and Sakayanagi's order. Class C, Ichinose's class also allied to Class A so naturally they also move along. Other class, Ryuuen and Sakayanagi won't give any mercy and plays with her until she breaks under the misery if they are the one to end her but Ayanokouji will cause her defeat and there's that.

He was safe for now, as the only thing that makes his heart fluctuate is Mega Woman… but it was better to be safe. He could just make her heart stop, but Scarlet Mage was still young-- it would be quite suspicious if she died of a heart attack.
