Definitely 5/5. One of the best naruto fanfic, grammar is spot on, story development is good. Power scale of is best I've seen, it's not just *poof* "You have Otsutsuki power level". MC power development is described very well. Character description and development is also good, he mekes mistakes and learns from them, it's not like most of fanfics where MC's are flawless and can't make mistakes cause of Plot Armor.
