I went into this fic expecting it to be a lot more lighthearted than it is. The setting of the world they are in is much darker than bofuri that does not match very well for me.
If the cheapest option to play this game costs more than a house there is no way this could catch on quickly or at all really.

Extracting everything from Fenrir had been extremely useful. Michael gained so much in return. Of course, he lost a Heroic Summon as a result, but that could also be considered an advantage. His Heroic Summon would have definitely lost his sanity in no time. Removing Fenrir was the only way to ensure his own safety and the survival of his territory.

Having tried to read of few different lord novels this is easily my favorite. The side characters and servants actually have some personality even if they aren't focused on much. It has been a little slow in progression in the middle stages however it still keeps me entertained. The translation quality drops off a lot but is still understandable to me because I am used to it.

I do not know anything about genshin so I can’t comment on that but I really do enjoy this story. It is a pretty relaxing read and very funny at times. The only issue I have with it is the writing quality, a lot of the dialogue comes off as incredibly unnatural. It is fine during comedic scenes but whenever anything serious is happening it very obvious
In their actions yes but their motivations are pretty different. Gin really only cares about Rangiku while Itachi did everything for both the leaf and his brother
