At superhuman strength, yes, it will probably go through even armor. And I don't have any immediate plans to give him anything Valyrian.
The accuracy only works on stationary objects. People can still dodge or block them. At maximum range, he is far less likely to his his mark when the target is moving.
My main computer stopped working, I lost with the latest status sheet, but ultimately, I would've had to change the previous ones instead, because I wanted to stop at level 20, so in the end, I consider the old levels wrong. 30 STR doesn't sound right either, 25 is the human limit, same with 20 END. Long story short: It was a mistake but in the old chapters, not the new ones. I didn't bother correcting the old chapters. Notice that there is significant time skips between the last chapters before the governor's war, so I might have screwed up there.

A lot of people seem to misunderstand the purpose of that rule. Let me clear that misunderstanding: It was not made so that the MC can exploit it. I added it to make sure he does not even consider it at all, in all forms. If there are loopholes, I could just edit the chapter and add new rules, but I don't want to waste my time with that. IF he succeeds in getting firearms into the world of GOT of all things, then there will be no challenge left for him there. The purpose is for him to get stronger himself, not to give him cheats that kill the story. So unless he somehow finds a way to make firearms himself in the GOT world and that's assuming a lot of things already, there will be no firearms in that medieval world.
