I am trying to be as creative as I could be.  Now I decided to do a few things that weren't in the story. My initial plan was for JC to meet Kendal, the leader of the flame mercenaries, before meeting the MC, without him encountering Haung Luan. However, after reading your question, I got a better idea. thank you. The MC saved JC before JC's original meeting with Huang Luan, and JC will not meet the members of the flame mercenaries, which include Kendal.  You should be able to guess what I'll do in the future.
