There a lot's of children in the city with quirks that cause issues for them and the people around them. And if their parent's won't care for them then he will! What they don't know is that there dwells darkness behind those eyes, evil lingering in his oh so innocent smile and power unimaginable running through his seemingly quirkless body. It's been years since they last saw each other when he and his childhood friend Kacchan meet again. But will the blond hero in training be able to see through the façade?
