I kind of expected for him to corrupt the sage chakra to make his own unholy energy since he does not care about the world and wants to retun. It would make sense since if you say you can return to your world if you kill every living thing in the world, he will do it without a second thought.

I know a lot of people wanted Jack to blow up in rage but that's not really logical considering he has max intelligence and knows that it would be useless. Instead, I'm going the cold revenge route, so it will take a bit longer but I'll make the payoff great.

It's good and all, but don't forget he is still a teenager, so even if he goes with logical action, his emotions do not disappear, so when he starts his revenge, it will be amazing to see him cackle like Joker and open the flood gates for his emotions and go mad for a few chapters since he is suppressing them. It should be quite an explosive reveal. I have seen many authors make MC have revenge while acting like a robot, but then why bother with revenge if you are not going to feel anything about it?

Good, its better than just being discovered because of the plot, but now it is tied to the story since his god is a troll sometimes and dungeon does hate him. Its not just happened because of the plot, i mean, even if its that, at least it has a logical explanation unlike other stories that just make their Oc Stumble every damn character by ''chance'' without logic, so good job author.
