I fell that it is already too late for you to change the story if you had asked this question within the first ten or fifteen chapters then I would have said that you should keep at most two girls but now that you have already come this far it would be a very bad idea to change it and honestly speaking you have done a great job writing the plot with all the girls in it and giving each of them enough screen time.
