If you ever heard of the video game ark survival evolved look into the bosses in that game like the overseer or stuff like that if we go into the world of Ben 10 you could pick alien X to replace him as he is omnipotent and omniscient, or go to the world of Minecraft and get herobrine, another option could be with the data text and detailing of background in the lore have the mc create a ROB that will give the mc one wish if he fulfills a condition, or have it be a clone of the mc but where the MC ”the fool” you could have his alter ego his exact opposite for were the MC stands is to have fun and get stronger and more powerful his alter ego does not want to be powerful and wants to be serious about it that it unintentionally makes him much stronger, Another world I would recommend looking into is everyone else is a returnee and have Yu lahn the MC of that story since in the end he turns into a god of a singular universe Another could be have a genie from the movie aladen we’re he is immortal and his wishes will only come true if they can kill you like, say I wish for infinite wealth he creates so much gold and treasures that it buries you alive and crushes you to death Another could be to have him be the man in the wall from the game Warframe that guy is super creepy overpowered and quite unsettling once you play the game for a bit Another choice you could have the living tribunal be the god/gods of that floor Another choice could be the flood from the halo video game series and movie series that could work as well since they are a hive mind Another choice could be not a being but rather a concept that the second you arrive you apear in an illusion where you forget all past present and future of yourself that it sends you into an illusion that you are just being reincarnated and just enjoying life I read a book like this were the mc got so over powered he actually became a ROB at some point and in between chapters he would reincarnate people for shits and giggles and just to mess with his past self so he doesn’t lose all the fun of reincarnation if he knows everything that is and will happen in the worlds he visits so that the worlds the MC shows up in are mostly au and he can explore the world with the readers since none of us understand what’s going on Another is you could have a full floor boss just dedicated to boosting everyone that’s an ally on the whole floor whilst weakening all enemies on the floor and have it for each ally that does it doubles the weakening affect on the enemy but also for every enemy killed weakens the buff of his allies since this was created in a game you could think of it as way to balance out his/her/things powers since it’s quite scary thinking about that like what if he’s in a room with the MC alone Sorry about rambling a lot I tried not to pick anything that went into the multiversal stage and just tried to keep it In low universal power to cusp of multiversal what do you think? 🧐 PS: my favorite is the ROB idea it creates so much more chance for storytelling 😉

Maybe do the chaos gods or primarchs from Warhammer 40k I think zheech would fit this well or in the video game terraria you have the moonlord final boss which is believed to be a child of Cthulhu and the embodiment of the moon? 🌕
