Well you don’t necessarily have to fasten ahead since aau is available in the fall although it isn’t eybl or uaa circuits that happen in the spring/summer it’s still good hoops in tourneys to get recognition and get better. But if you do decide to fasten I don’t blame you since writing the games and state tournament sounds fun but I would suggest establishing characters and the MC a bit more and just the overall setting and situation. But yeah if you wanna sim and be like “time flew by and the day of tryouts arrived” that’s cool but just be patient and remember there’s a lot you can do with this story and the off szn and I mean alot since I can tell once basketball szn starts although off the court time will still happen it probably won’t be the main focus.
