Your idea is good cultivation in a magic fantasy world I like the concept, but dear Author isn't this a little to overbearing? The cultivation system is a little to much, a nascent soul cultivator can live for 800-2,000 and there strength can flattened mountains and overturned rivers and seas, tear the void with brute force. Thus only can have human with power to protect themselves. Above nascent soul is spirit transformation the gap between them is like the sky and earth they can completely control the void, and a single punch can destroy continental plates on the earth, and cause tsunami that sweep the earth from a punch and can shattered the void. At most they can live to 2,000-5,000 years, Author u see what from with this and this is only the first step
