Personal opinion, but I feel at some point MC should employ like 5 - 10 villagers who primary purpose is to follow and assist him or just guard his shit in general as golems alhave there limits.

Yeah honestly. When I write a chapter it feels much easier to write the next chapter if I already have a plan for what comes next. My vision for this is to have 4 - 6 close guild members, I also had a vision for MC skill set which combos well but also have some support elements and example being the teleportation skill which can be used to assist others but also help himself. I have many other objectives for MC but that would be spoilers. I also try and leave plot points for the future in the form of things like the way I suggested that Cary will be able to uncorrupt gems if she studies enough. I see this as a way to open up many paths in the story. also private story sounds interesting
