The art focused monsters were some of the scariest once they developed their skills. They turned artwork into living defenses and some of them could trap enemies in paintings or turn them into statues.
Let's not forget the Kijin. From an outside view, this has to be the scariest gathering of monsters out there. Just the Kijin is enough to go to war, but they're not all like that it seems. Some of them seem to be more into the arts and the more casual work and life. I don't really care though, it brings a nice, refreshing feel to our town.

If you’ve ever read Eragon basically any noteworthy magic user could be included. Arya, Eragon, murturgh(I don’t remember how to spell his name), Galbarorix, or any semi important elf. The magic system is pretty interesting too in that they use an energy that seems pretty closely linked to their stamina and life force to “command” the world to their wishes. It largely follows guidelines that fall into manipulating natural phenomena like bending light for invisibility or destroying an atom with a phrase from the ancient language as a suicide attack. Adding the dragons from the story to the wheel would also be reasonable since they’re fully sentient beings smarter than the average human and can communicate by speaking into the minds of others
Also, give me some ideas for characters to add to my wheel! Remember, they have to be between Building level and Multi-city block level. I've already got Tokita Ohma, A certain father of Baki, Yoriichi, several ATLA characters, Eijiro from MHA, Hope and Dahlia from TVD, Albus, Voldemort, and Gellert from Harry Potter, and a couple of others.

Ten miles per hour is a six minute mile which while respectable, isn’t exactly breakneck speed for a mile. I could pull off a 4 min 43 second mile in high school which is about 12.5 mph. If I can do that for an entire mile it’s safe to say it wouldn’t be an impressive sprint. Trained sprinters can go quite a bit faster than 12.5

The locomotive is the most important and hard to make part of a train. A dozen regular train cars can be made for the same cost and time frame as a single locomotive.
