While searching for his missing son, Boss John learns the mega-freighter, 'The Hunter Gratzner,' has gone missing somewhere out in the ghost lanes. A back alley trade route used by pirates, smugglers, rogue mercenaries groups transporting captured fugitives and fortune hunters looking for treasure on the outer fringes of the galaxy. To his dismay, Johns learns his son was aboard the doomed vessel when it went missing. And now, MegaCorp shipping conglomerate won't release any details about the long overdo vessel. After a cursory investigation, the accident is soon deemed top secret and all investigation reports are permanently sealed. Years later, still searching for the whereabouts of the ghost ship, Colonel Nathaniel Johns, ex-company ranger turned mercenary commander has exhausted all of his leads. But in one final act of desperation, Johns breaks into a Waylen Yutani subsidiary server where he downloads the redacted files of The Hunter Gratzner crash, After narrowly escaping, Johns learns the ship's final resting place and finds a few obscure handwritten notes about 3 possible survivors. Realizing the ship did not vanish or break up on entering M6-117s biosphere, Johns believes his son may yet be alive. But now, he is left with the daunting task of funding a costly mission to M6-117, to check it out. After decades of unanswered questions, John's employer Lady Lilith Hemmingford, aka 'The Lady in Black,' suddenly takes an interest in the cold case and M6-117.and offers to fund a private mission that costs a small fortune. She instructs Johns to assemble a trustworthy team to investigate the crash site and relate back what they find. The mission is designated black ops 1, and kept under the strictest secrecy. Neither he, nor his team are to speak of it., or what they find. After working for Lady Hemmingford for decades, Lilith's personal interest in a crash that has no clear financial gain makes him suspicious. But having no other options, Johns taps his two most trusted friends and teammates along with his headstrong 18-year-old niece for the dangerous mission. A mission he is well aware none of them may return from. During the final mission debrief, Johns informs them they are going to a scorching desert planet in the heart of a binary star system where night falls but once every 22 years. And that all life there lives underground and they should stay out of the shadows. Their sole mission is to find the ship, learn everything they can about the accident and send him the names of the survivors. But what they find there will test the bounds of sanity. Unbeknownst to Johns and his team, Lilith Hemmingford has clandestine plans of her own, She gives each member of Johns team secretive mission directives, suggesting Johns adoptive mother knows far more about the reason behind the crash, as well as what is actually happening on M6-117. More than any of them would imagine. Once there, the newly formed team must overcome the debilitating side effects of an unusually long hyper-sleep, come together as a cohesive unit and fulfil their secret missions before the depths of the dark planet reaches up and pulls them down forever. Throughout their chaotic misadventure, they will come to doubt old loyalties, face bloodthirsty bio-raptors and battle enemies from the past, present and future. 03/10/23- UPDATE - Hey everyone I just wanted to let you know- as part of my learning to be a better writer journey- this fanfic series is undergoing a genre revision. On April 21,1846, 11-year-old Santo Guerrero sneaks out of his family's East Texas villa to see the blood moon arcing over the his village of Hell's Forge. Once bathed in its transformative light Santo becomes a raging killing machine bent of devouring anyone- friend or foe- who gets in his path. After long bloody days of running the beast to ground, his tattered and weary wolf pack finally capture and return Santo to his palatial home where he is chained up until the beast can be brought under control. Decades later, a withered Santo wakes to find his chains unlocked. With the aid of an unknown rescue, Santo escape's his prison cell and flees the country before his captors can place him back in chains. 175 years later, as an unwitting Santo stands in his Bromley estate outside London, both fugitive from his pack and prisoner of the beast within, the forces of good and evil close in around him, once more.

It’s 16 years after Riddick narrowly escaped the bio-raptors on M6-117, a.k.a. The dark planet. Now, the Necromonger, Commander Krone, has stranded him on, ‘Not Furya. A desolate planet somewhere out in the deepest region of space.  Entombed beneath a mountain of rubble and left for dead, Riddick must dig himself out, fight off hostile predators and drag himself to a secure place to heal before all is lost.

At the farthest reaches of the known Universe a ragtag band of Necromonger defectors wait for their former Lord Marshall to arrive at a clandestine meeting place far from prying eyes. Unaware of who summoned him, Riddick arrives with the hope that a mysterious Kearyn can help him seize control of the thing threatening to transform him into a being of unbelievable power. Upon arrival, Riddick quickly becomes aware Kearyn and longtime bounty hunter Alexander Toombs, know far more about his murky past than either are willing to share. Now, to learn the truth and save an idyllic future with Dahl, Riddick will have to work with the enemy. All the while, unaware of the evil approaching from the darkest reaches of space.

The Company Rangers send their most advanced warship into the forbidden planets region to secure the dark obelisk before the Necromongers arrive and take its ancient secrets for themselves. Who will reach the planet first and unlock the mystery of what happened to Riddick while he was marooned there.

After being dragged through time and space, Riddick finds himself back in the company of a band of mercs he hoped to never encounter again. Boss Johns, Dahl and Luna are left bewildered when they save Riddick from a mud demon attack on the surface of Not Furya, only to learn he believes three years has passed for him and that he has traveled back through time. Now, as the ever elusive forces of darkness begin to coalesce around them, the tenuous company of arch rivals must come together to learn what is happening to Riddick before it is to late save themselves from the forces of darkness.

But now, the dark transformation of before is re-emerging and with it comes a mysterious message from an unknown stranger promising both answers to old questions, as well as, a possible solution to new complications. Now, to keep his life in the light with the woman he loves, Riddick must return to the shadows and confront the forces of darkness, once more.

Now, to find answers, gain control of the darkness within, Riddick must risk certain capture. Along the way, he will have to rely on old allies, stand against those who betrayed him and fend off a horde of bloodthirsty Necromomgers all while uncovering the terrifying secrets buried deep in his mysterious past. A past that hints of an ancient evil that has stalked him from the heart of the underverse since before the dawn of time.
