it is like the difference between knowledge and wisdom. knowledge is knowing things, while wisdom is the ability to utilise the information or knowledge you gained.

he definitely has been nerfed considering he has more magic energy than fate version and practically all his weapons were stronger than danmachi weapons plus they all had attributes. that is not even all. he could make Excalibur for a little while because of how he was connected with Avalon the sheath even after it was removed.

a skill collector character is difficult to keep up, but the simplest way for the writer is to have a document that you can copy and paste from and when there are changes to the skills alter them accordingly. if it is about coming up with names for skills, you don't really have to be original in the naming sense. trust me when I say this i have came across many novels where authors think they are original with skill or power names.
