I've been thinking about this for a while and you know, Anthony has picked a pet from every level of the dungeon except the fourth and fifth stratum. Tiny is from the first, Crinis is from the second, Invidia is from the third. no pet from the fourth or fifth yet. and I was thinking, if Anthony were to get a fourth pet, what would it need to have in order to be useful enough for him? and that got me onto another fun train of thought. you know, it's been proven that the dungeon works to promote successful creatures and breed more of them throughout the dungeon, creating new variants and the like. this was seen with the centipedes forever ago when new variants were discovered after the dungeon deemed them successful, and was even seen as other colony insects were born throughout the dungeon after the dungeon deemed ants to be successful. though we haven't heard from any of them, it's been proven that other ant species exist in greater numbers now. Now... why haven't we seen any other creatures using gravity mana? it isn't a type of creature, but instead something one has to unlock. and at a rather high tier at that, but surely with the promotion of new variants, surely there exists creatures with mutations and body materials that promote the use of gravity mana. I mean, Anthony himself has proven it to be a successful mana type. This leads me back to my first question. What would Anthony need in a fourth pet? and that would be another creature what can use or specializes in gravity mana. a pet that would expand his understanding of gravity mana and allow him to use it in a new and more useful way. Perhaps his new pet would be of a support type, acting like a literal black hole to suck in mana that would convert into gravity mana for Anthony to harness, or maybe specialize in another avenue that Anthony could never have even thought of. I'd love to see this come to pass and I hope the author looks into this. Thanks for coming to my TED talk

Generally, it wasn't a safe place for anyone to have a krath, fellow tribe member or not, but he wasn't as wary around Goszi. The other Krath was ageing, his slug flesh growing pale as his acid became less virulent. It wouldn't be long until he was fed to the young, possibly only a few more seasons.

100% agree. I absolutely love the new dynamic of the story. before the formula was constant but when he got ousted for having forbidden power everything turned on its head and I love it.
