It would, and I think original Rudeus did something similar with his Gatling Gun Stone Cannon Wand. Where it can keep up continuous fire by doing what Gatling do best and take turns unleashing bullets, and firing every wand at the same time when Orsted was closing in basically blocking each Stone Canon shot at him only to get surprised when a wall of bullets came at him. Don’t think it hit tho, it’s been about 8 years since I read that fight.
One of those was designed to shoot out two stone bullets simultaneously like a double-barrel shotgun, making it practically impossible for a Water God Style user to deflect. The other shot out a rain of bullets one after another, providing a more continuous fire.

An actual Spread Shot Shotgun would work better for Water God users. Rather than two Slugs being shot which are two solid projectiles they can definitely block and dodge from at a high enough level. Spread Shot Stone Cannon would definitely kill anyone at close range… unless they’re faster than you pulling the trigger.
